About the workshop
What if some of the rules you live by were never really yours?
This workshop is for anyone who finds themselves caught in the same patterns, second-guessing themselves, feeling stuck, or quietly following rules they never consciously chose.
You may know exactly where some of those rules came from. Others may have been with you for so long that you have never thought to question them.
You do not need to arrive with answers.
The invitation is simply to get curious about what has been quietly shaping your choices.
