November Workshop

The Masks We Wear

We learn to adapt in the rooms we walk into. Something shifts — what we share, what we hold back and what we allow others to see. Sometimes the situation calls for it. Sometimes it’s a conscious choice. And sometimes we’ve done it for so long that we barely notice we’re doing it.

How much of you changes with the room?

About the workshop

Which version of you enters the room?

The capable one. The easy-going one. The one who keeps the peace. The one who has everything under control.

In this workshop, we’ll explore the roles we slip into, where they came from and what they ask of us — including the ones that once served us well.

Because perhaps the question isn’t whether you wear a mask. It’s whether you still know when you’re wearing one.

What you will explore

A gentler look at the roles we carry.

  • The different roles you naturally move between
  • Where those roles may have come from
  • What each role asks you to carry
  • The roles that once helped you, but may not fit quite as comfortably now
  • When a familiar role is a choice rather than an automatic response
